At Jon Diniz Fine Foods, we are inspired by the diversity of flavors and cultures around the world. Our founder, John, grew up in a household where food was a way to celebrate and connect with loved ones. He wanted to bring that same sense of joy and community to his business and share it with others.

We are proud to be a part of this vibrant community and want to give back in any way we can. That's why we partner with local organizations to provide food for those in need and support community events. We also love hosting cooking classes and events to share our passion with others.

Making Your Catered Event Extraordinary

When consulting with a customer, we follow a process that always assures a successful event.


WHAT TO EXPECT

 

During the initial meeting, we will enquire regarding:


- Number of guests

- Time of service

- Layout of the premises

- Working area available

- Staffing requirements

- Menu options 

- Budget

- Dietary restrictions

- Seating

- Entertainment

- Presentation ideas


From the information gathered, an appropriate budgeted menu will be designed to accommodate the number of guests expected, rentals, and type of service required.


Other items to be discussed include:

- Food stations

- Pass around trays

- Table service

- Dessert table 

- Beverage stations


Further discussions will include time for staff/ rentals arrival, power/ water required, staging area, how execution will work, start and finish time will be confirmed.


By being completely transparent and honest, client expectations are met, and another successful memorable event is in the books.
